Can I keep my existing payroll software and benefits broker?
Yes! We built our payroll and benefits services to integrate with the best payroll software and your benefits broker. We want to make your operations better and easier by doing so. We are also happy to set you up with the right payroll software or a great benefits broker if you prefer.
Can I get payroll without first buying Collage HR?
We only provide payroll services to clients of Collage HR. This isn’t a trick or upsell - we have this policy because Collage HR serves as the center of truth for important payroll data and interactions with our team. This system is what allows us to provide an amazing payroll experience at a low cost.
Do I get charged for inviting non-employee users to the product?
No, you will only be charged for employees/contractors who are part of your team roster. You are welcome to invite as many external users as you would like at no charge (like recruiters or consultants).
What level of support will I receive?
At Collage HR we pride ourselves in providing prompt and thorough customer service. You’ll receive support, training and assistance from our team of Canada-based Customer Success Managers. You can access support by reaching out to support@collage.co or via live chat.
What payment methods does Collage HR accept?

What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Company Settings section of the application. Cancellations are effective as of the next renewal, and clients are not eligible for prorated refunds for any cancellation.
